Your privacy is very important to me. I am dedicated to providing you with a superior experience and service while protecting your privacy and safeguarding your sensitive information. Although I am not in the business of collecting sensitive information from my clients, I do sometimes have to do so in order to gain feedback and to offer the level of service that is required.

I am committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your information. To do so, I use the following guidelines.

Sensitive information is information can may cause prejudice to an individual or an entity if it is divulged to a malicious third party.

I am responsible for protecting the sensitive information under my control and will be accountable for its usage.

The purposes for which sensitive information is collected is identified before or at the time the sensitive information is collected.

Except where the law provides an exemption, the individual’s consent will be obtained for the collection, use or disclosure of sensitive information.

The information collected is limited to that which is necessary for the work to be done.

Sensitive information is only disclosed for the purposes for which it was collected, unless an individual has otherwise consented or when it is permitted or required by law.

Sensitive information is retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the work to be done, in conformity with the Service Agreement.

I keep sensitive information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary to fulfill the work to be done.

Sensitive information is protected using security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information obtained.

On written request, an individual will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of their sensitive information that is under my control, and may be given access to that sensitive information as required and permitted by law. Individuals are entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of that sensitive information and request that it be amended, if appropriate.
